hannah AND noah here. are you stunned? sorry for not being good about updates, but we've been out living life (you only live once, you know).

let's talk about our day. don't even remember how it started...oh wait. we went to the peekskill coffee house (are you stunned?). hannah saw her high school theater teacher there and had an interesting convo about how she stole his book on directing. noah, in the meantime, put about 5 cups of sugar in his mocha and made it a bit too sweet. however, we have to say that the coffee there is excellent--especially compared to the black cow. the cow is a great meeting place because you always see friends there and such (especially if you are from croton), but the coffee sometimes tastes a bit burnt. the pch is also much airier and has very nice scenery, such as the giant coffee sacks from all over the world that hang on the walls, and the very comfortable furniture. plus, right down the street is the awesome used- book and- music store, the bruised apple. last time we were there, we made fun of all the ridiculous movie and looked at really "interesting" records. but hannah's favorite childhood book about monsters was purchased there in 1994 and it's been in her heart since. also, you can buy old postcards for like, a buck each. pretty sweet.

anyway, moving on. we bought a pack of boges (are you stunned?) and drove around a bit and went to oscawana park, before heading over to the cow. i'm not really sure why we coffee-house-hop all the time, considering the amount of money we must be spending...but it's a good way to pass the time, especially in suburbia.

nothing much happened at the cow...a bunch of awkward interactions with people from high school, but that's about it. GLAD we are out of there. well, noah was already out of there, but i'm just putting everything he says to words. i am indeed transcribing your laughter, noah. hahahahahahaha.

excuse us, we're slightly inebriated. well, hannah is anyway. noah's just chillen (are you stunned?).

after we left the cow, we made a fabuloso dinner of spinich pasta with vegetarian meatballs, marinara sauce, eggplant, onions, and soy cheese. yummy. hannah will share the recipe eventually, but is much too lazy atm. after dinner, we went to our friend's boat for a party, which was sadly interrupted by pelting rain and overpopulation of guests. plus, the guy wasn't even there (wtf?). what the hell were we gonna do? party, that's what. we went to someone else's house and played ASSHOLE with cards. get your heads out of the gutter. also, chapelle's show is boss.

we ended up back HERE (hannah's house) with a small group of our favorite people and watched breakfast at tiffany's. for anyone who hasn't seen this, do. it's one of the greatest films of all times, and serves as hannah's "feel good" movie.

now we're planning on staying up all night to greet the dawn at the croton dam, armed with a guitar and a packed bowl. peace out.
